This is a well proportionalist model of this popular single cylinder agricultural engine. This model has been built by a professional model engineer of many years. This really is a rare opportunity to purchase a traction engine of this size. we are not aware of another engine of this type as most of the Fosters are of a 4″ Scale – This engine stands 6Ft to the top of the chimney, over 3Ft wide and over 8ft in overall length. Weighing in at just over 1 Tonne. This is without doubt the ‘Best Size’ Rally engine you could buy – easy to move around the rally field and even better it can be a real performer on the ‘Road Run’.

Completed in circ 1985 -this engine has had little use over the past few years – comes complete with current boiler certification and new steam test. Mechanically the engine is superb and will not be for sale long at this price.
Would benefit from a New Paint Job at some point in the near future – This itself we would estimate add £5000 to its current value – We would charge £3000.00 to carry out the repaint if required – the engine would then look as good as New.
If you were commissioning this engine to be built in the current market you would be looking at spending upwards of £55K-£65K – Plus you would have to wait 12-18mth for delivery!
